All cancellations must be made in writing to help@mssx.co.uk.

Cancellations made before 1st June 2019 will receive a full refund, less a £5 administration fee.

Cancellations made between 1st June 2019 and 22nd June 2019 will receive a 50% refund.

If you are unable to attend, but have previously bought a ticket, you are free to transfer that ticket to someone else. The Merseyside Skeptics Society Ltd accept no liability in private transactions of this kind.

Should you transfer your ticket you must contact us to advise us of this change in order that we may adjust the attendee name badge details. Please also advise the buyer that their ticket is subject to the same terms and conditions as the original sale, and that this forms part of your contract of sale to them. They must also contact us by email to register their name and contact email address.

Transfers that do not conform to this process will not be accepted and entry may be refused.

Although ticket sales between attendees are entirely private transactions, attendance is still governed by our general terms and conditions.

The organisers regret that no cancellations or transfers will be accepted from 22nd June 2019 onwards, and therefore no refunds are payable from this date.
